We answer every email within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Messages sent on weekends or holidays get answered the next business day.
Order questions. Include your order number in the subject line and we'll get to it faster. If you don't have it, the email address you checked out with works too.
Fit or guarantee claims. Attach a photo of the costume on (or next to) your cat and tell us what's wrong. Most claims are resolved from the photo alone — you usually don't need to ship anything back.
Returns. Don't ship anything back before you email us — returns sent without authorization can't be processed. See our Refund Policy for how to start one.
