1. Agreement
This website is operated by PetMorph ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We do our best to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly as they appear in person. Slight variation between the photos and the physical costume is normal.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order.
4. Pricing and orders
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Compare-at prices shown with a strikethrough reflect the value of the item, not necessarily a price previously charged by this store.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed with a pricing error, and orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Our Shipping Policy explains how we handle lost and damaged packages regardless.

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms.
8. Pet safety and product use
Read this part.
Our costumes are novelty pet apparel. They are not restraints, harnesses for leash use, flotation devices, or toys.
- Supervise your pet at all times while the costume is on. Never leave a pet unattended, crated, or alone in a costume.
- Remove it immediately if your pet shows signs of stress, overheating, restricted breathing or movement, or tries to chew the costume.
- Small parts (antennae, felt legs) can detach if chewed and are a choking hazard. Do not let pets chew the costume.
- Keep away from open flame, candles, and heat sources. The materials are not flame resistant.
- Measure your pet and use the size chart before ordering. A costume that is too tight or too loose should not be worn.
- Not for use on pets that are injured, ill, pregnant, or under 6 months old, or on any pet a veterinarian has advised against dressing.
You are responsible for your pet's safety and comfort while using our products and you assume all risk associated with their use.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the PetMorph name and logo, product photography, video, and written copy — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Your content
If you send us photos, video, or reviews, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to use that content in our marketing, on our site, and on our social channels without payment. You confirm the content is yours to give.
11. Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate but don't warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.
12. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's security, or impersonate any person.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury to a pet resulting from unsupervised or improper use of a product.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PetMorph harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
16. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party sites and uses third-party services for payment, shipping, and analytics. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
18. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
